I had a really good experience at this urgent care considering the reason I was there. The staff was very caring and considerate and the nurse practitioner I saw was very helpful and listened to me and helped me get the best care. I’ve been seen at this office many times and everyone is always the sweetest with lots of smalls and jokes to lighten the mood! They waste no time getting patients to rooms, quick and very efficient. Thorough and honest. The NPs are very* knowledgeable and have always explained everything to the best of their ability! They always do what they can and if further assistance is needed elsewhere they help get it all set up, such as referrals and all. After years of bad experiences at various AFC locations across the state, I knew it was time to try a different practice. Eminence exceeded my expectations. Facilities were sparkling, receptionist was communicative and friendly, and NPs were relatable and professional. The overall atmosphere was relaxing with calm music playing. I took my son to Eminence on 8/3/25. It was our very first time to visit and from the time we walked in to the time we walked out it was only 45 minutes. We came in contact with 3 different women - the receptionist, the MA, and the NP. Everyone was so kind. We saw Erika, NP and she listened to everything I said and spent time with us. The facility was very nice and clean. We had a great experience! The very next day, NP Erika called me to check on my son. That phone call was so kind and meant so much to me. Went here as my regular doctor’s office was closed this week. I was seen very quickly and all of the staff was first rate. They listened to what I had to say, asked good questions and then we discussed what treatments needed to take place.

I have visited eminence multiple times this year for the same issue. They have treated me with consistency and with a level of care that has left me feeling seen and like I’m actually being taken care of. I cannot say enough good things, truly.

I think the fact that multiple negative reviews on afc’s page are telling people to come to eminence instead, mine included, is extremely indicative of the type of care they provide compared to their competitors and in general. I will never go anywhere else, urgent care wise.

I have used Eminence Urgent Care in Pelham several times since opening and I am very impressed and happy with the Pelham
Location staff, Nurses and Doctors.

I highly recommend Dr. Lauren Smith as well as  the tech, Destiny, they are both very friendly and very attentive and have met all my needs every time I have ever been to the Pelham location and seen both of them.

I have recommended Eminence Urgent Care in Pelham to my family and friends.

My family was on vacation at Lay Lake when my 18 month old started having trouble breathing and could not break a high fever. We brought her here since it was the closest place to us.  The facility was very clean (the receptionist used clorox wipes to wipe all services at least twice while we were there). We waited less than 20 minutes to be seen. Everyone was friendly and patient with our sick 18 month old and 3 year old who was tagging along. The nurse practitioner listened, took her time and explained herself thoroughly. She was also very honest and direct when she suggested we take her to the ER within a couple hours of leaving.  She helped us make a plan of action and feel at ease with our decisions.

Walk into the clinic with a laceration a few months ago. Just writing the review. I was  immediately taking back into an exam room. All of the staff were so nice. I do not recall the female NP’s  name but she was a delight. We chatted while she placed stitchs into my finger. I’ve bad several bad experiences with walk in clinics in this area. I can't brag enough about Eminence Urgent Care. The nurses and staff are so kind and patient. The waiting room is quiet. The office is clean. The wait is quick and I was in and out so fast! Not to mention the Nurse practitioners, Brayden Jolley is incredibly compassionate, made me laugh, and feel whole-heartedly comfortable. I didn't get the nurses name who gave me two shots but she has the hands of an angel. She had the most delicate touch. I will forever come here in the future. First, the receptionists are so very sweet and helpful. The nurses and doctors I have met seem like they genuinely care about their patients. If something is still bothering you after you leave, they absolutely want you to come back to help figure things out. They are dedicated to figuring out the problem and getting you better. Wow!! I went Friday mid afternoon I was probably there for less than 30 mins!! 5 stars! Staff was friendly and professional.

The best urgent care we've been to! This place is very nice and clean (it is brand new) and they were very efficient and fast to get us in and out. The staff made all the difference, though. They were all super friendly and good at what they did. We felt like they were happy to have us visit them and not like we were a nuisance. They were professional, yet personable and super kind to my kids. They young lady who did the swabs didn't hurt the kids while doing it. They have been amazing every single time we have went there!! I really wish we could choose to have them for our primary care doctors! Our first time using this location. The experience was great. The facility is clean, convenient location, kind staff, very patient (I took my child), and efficient.
